Our Mission
Launched in August 2024, 'A Home of Your Own' is a five-year commitment to transform lives through housing. With compassion at its core, this initiative addresses pressing societal challenges by providing permanent shelter to underprivileged families. Each home represents renewed hope, stability, and a foundation for future generations. With 40 houses completed and 10 more under construction through signed MOUs, we're making steady progress toward our goal of 50 homes.
Terms & Conditions
Chandramma Madhavan Nair Trust (CMN Trust) extends financial aid up to Rs. 6 Lakhs to homeless and needy persons for constructing their homes.
- The maximum financial aid is Rs. 6 Lakhs (Rupees Six Lakhs only) per beneficiary.
- The number of beneficiaries selected each year will be determined by the Trust.
- Eligibility criteria for receiving aid:
- Must own land suitable for house construction
- Land ownership should not exceed 15 cents
- Senior citizens without their own house receive preference
- Families suffering from ailments receive preference
- Persons above 60 years of age receive preference

- The Trust appoints representatives to identify beneficiaries. Final acceptance rests with the Chairman.
- Financial aid is disbursed in phases based on construction progress.
- Required documents from beneficiaries:
- Passport size and family photo
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Copy of Ration Card
- Copy of Bank Pass Book
- Attested copy of land title deed
- Possession Certificate from Village office
- Notarized affidavit confirming land ownership
- Agreement on stamp paper
- Basic tax receipt for the land
- Encumbrance Certificate (last 13 years)
- Letter from local councilor/ward member
- All decisions regarding aid rest with the Trust.
- Beneficiaries must allow Trust representatives to inspect construction progress periodically.
